  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working properly

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Unboxing video is required as proof (recommended)


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (caused by customer)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Requests made after 7 days

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • For prepaid orders: amount will be refunded to original payment method

  • For COD orders: refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer

  3. Our team will verify and approve replacement/refund
